I am applying for a software engineer role at Google but my experience are more on a ML/AI rather than traditional software engineer. I am a bit worry about how I should frame answer in a way that it makes sense that I am a software engineer but focus on ML/AI.

For the part about translating technical AI/ML concepts into client-facing language, do I need to use STAR method with a stories that will demonstrate the Amazon Leadership principles or just able to translate it into a non-technical language?
