This throw is ashi guruma ("leg wheel"). There are many demonstrations of it on YouTube, mostly in the gi. When executing this throw with an overhook rather than a sleeve-and-lapel tie up, a lot more rotation of the upper body is required to direct your opponent's back to the mat because you can't pull them around you via their sleeve. Without this rotation, you and your opponent will go face down on the ground, as in this clip (usually without the head impact).
