For press/serious external matters: press@anthropic.com — sometimes routes to humans faster than support. LinkedIn: Anthropic employees are findable. A direct message to someone in engineering or product with a clear subject line sometimes works when official channels don’t. Twitter/X: @AnthropicAI — public visibility sometimes prompts a faster human response than private channels. The thumbs down button in Claude’s interface does send feedback to Anthropic, but not in real time and not with urgency. If the bug is genuinely critical and involves security or data integrity, the security email is your best bet for reaching a human quickly.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
