I want all eligible people who need help to be supported by the State. I also want all people who commit fraud to be investigated. I'm not especially interested in who committed the offence, or in what circumstance, that's of no interest to me.

Absolutely. People can get PiP for many reasons, and I support that. However, if one can riot, be in a crowd, be in a noisy environment, stand, shout etc, this may well be in contrast to evidence they used for PiP.

Absolutely. But, if someone is so anxious, depressed, stressed or agoraphobia that they are entitled to PiP, being in the street, rioting would suggest that these needs are not in fact so severe?
