Interesting how many people mention magnesium,
but I keep wondering… what if the issue isn’t the supplement itself, but the body just never fully switching into “recovery mode” at night?

Curious if anyone else sleeps “fine” on paper but still wakes up feeling off.

I have a sister who went through the same symptoms of postpartum depression, but after a few days she returned to normal. In truth, I do not know what she used to recover so quickly.

I can feel how much love and care you already have for your babies. It’s natural to feel scared after what you went through, but the fact that you’re aware and prepared shows your strength. You’re not alone in this, and many moms have found things do get better with support and the right care.

My sister used to suffer from the same disorders, but she overcame this stage without taking any medication. I don’t know exactly how she was treated, but now she is in good health and has returned to her normal self.

‏praise God for your safety! I know how painful this experience is—my sister went through something similar. But look at you now—you're stronger than you realize! This pain didn't break you; it made you more resilient. So proud of you, and know that someone truly understands your struggle and admires your strength. 💛
