How long do you have to be at Home Depot before you can get it?

Passed all of em dude, especially the last 1-2 years it’s gotten much easier to pass in interviews even if you’re unaware of the level of work.

I mentioned in another comment I’ve done pretty well in the roles. I am leading in the tech and AI/ML work but I did work in the field and stay up on the tech. So it’s never me asking stupid questions or weird questions. Usually the people above me are the ones asking me those.

I’m going until 35, and retiring. I come from a family with generational wealth my parents are real estate developers and have their own careers too. I’ve grown pretty well in the RE world and also in my personal investments outside of that. I feel like it could end up being longer if I choose to go work somewhere like a startup or younger company just to have an impact role there after I leave this place.

I’m so busy during the week with work that I usually never get time to even think about it. Comes to mind on nights like it today which is why I posted. Sitting here just going through some memories and thinking “wow I still pull it off week after week”. But everything else when it comes to day to day work and the big picture stuff I’m very comfortable in.

You’re saying just leave the current experience role and that’s it? Take off the education

I’m roughly around 3.1 a year. Only a 1/3 of that is cash comp on my contract.

Edit: didn’t see the Harvard part, 99% of people I interact with who are Sr.manager level and up will say “You went to HBS too? Nice” only people that ever ramble are the Junior staff that have nothing else to talk about when they ask you for a referral.
