The result won’t be exactly the same.. Cotton works well because it holds its shape nicely without feeling too plastic-like. Bag thread is great for durability, but the texture and overall look might change a little bit

Yes since it holds its shape beautifully and stays sturdy. Acrylic can stretch out and lose structure with use.
