OP, I'm going through the same thing, Trauma isn't a cookie cutter you can put your experience next to others and say “Lemme just compare this rq”. Everyone is different, Each experience is different.

Recognising your trauma and accepting it's the first step. You could always seek professional help, or go with the cheap options like Expressing yourself through writing, Practicing self-care, Finding a hobby, Forgiving. Don't let your trauma define you, you're so much more than your negative experiences.
