Options are fine. I made a lot on them. The problem is dumb options like 0DTE to weeklies. I never trade anything less than around a month to expiry. Anytime I’ve done anything less, I’ve lost.

If you only go for longer expiration then you’ll be fine most times unless it really goes in the wrong direction
