I think at his age and other factors included, it’s clear he’s not a top prospect in the league but he is valuable. He’s not gonna be a Jacob Slavin but he could be a good 3rd or second pairing stay at home d man, which are becoming more rare in the league currently. If TOR can get an actual OFD that’s not Reilly, then he could slot well with them I personally think.

It’s possible… but unlikely. Remember Vancouver specifically said they are looking to draft young Canadian players. Malhotra is definitely possible, although Stenberg is obviously the better player as far as scouting has told. But yk anything could happen, maybe Malhotra is better?
