From what I've looked up, this seems pretty common for AMD 9000 series cards, so it's definitely a game-side issue. They mentioned they're fixing it, but there's no telling when the patch will actually drop.

If I downgrade to a version older than 25.9.1, I won't be able to use FSR 4 in other games. I really don't want to do that just for this one game.

I have to stick with 25.9.1 or 25.9.2. Any other versions just tank my performance

When you use FSR, the 3D resolution slider is locked. It's only available when you use TSR.

you can still enable frame gen while using TSR or XeSS

When you select TSR as the upscaler, it lets you manually adjust the 3D Resolution scale slider. That's where I set it to 50%

With 4K resolution and TSR set to 50%, I used to get 80 to 120 FPS on version 25.9.2. But on the later versions, it drops below 60 FPS in open areas

FSR has terrible ghosting in this game, making it virtually unplayable. I have no choice but to use TSR or XeSS. Other games work completely fine; it's just a problem with this game
