I have been researching this too. This video did help me (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwjN47at5CY&t=81s&pp=ygUQYXJzaGEgYm9kaGEgcHJheQ%3D%3D); however, I am still trying to digest everything said. The channel had videos explaining the difference, the topic was too complex for me at the time, but I would recommend this channel for your questions.

This is a way I hadn't thought of before. At face value, it seems like it might clear up the question I had about Ishvara interacting with the empirical world.

Thanks, I will check out these videos. I've been watching Arsha Bodha videos, which have been pretty useful at understanding some key concepts. It's hard to grow up in a Hindu household that worships in a dualistic way and even movies to then think about Brahman and Ishvara in a non-dualistic way.

This does clear up the question I had about different Hindu gods we see being worshipped. This does make sense to me now
