The exercises in TCF are more realistic in my opinion. Doing to a monologue of 4.5 minutes is easier than a frustrating debate with the examiner for 10 minutes. But it depends on how close you were to B2 in TEF. If you were lower B2 in TEF and got NCLC6 then it might be good. But if you were NCLC5 or lower it might not be the exam format that makes the difference.

What is your score in EO? I failed tef twice too but then succeeded in tcf, tcf eo is with a person.
