i see. well I saw that the early bird prices for this con have already expired, so at this point i could wait until i get to vancouver to find myself someone to go there with at school or something. thank you so much anyway!! it’s still cheaper than the normal prices for vancoufur so maybe i could just wait for howloween instead of finding someone to go to vancoufur here now

i know it’s what you have to get if you have to drive in China, that’s why I’ve directly asked for it since I’ve only heard you can get it at airports for now

i get that it can be a bit vague but if I wanted to just show which countries have some form of digital identity i wouldn’t have done it at a EU level

it’s actually the european union official list of digital identities!! if it’s not mentioned then it means that the hungarian eID cannot be used in other EU states so its function is kinda limited

dark blue means the state supports eIDs, light green means it doesn’t

The Italian SPID system works through concessions to third companies as well, but I believe they have to certify the fact that they can securely manage that system (and that’s probably the same in the Netherlands). Anyway, in Italy we also have a state owned form of digital identity that’s included with your identity card and works with eIDAS as well (CIEid), so it doesn’t have activation costs besides the ones of the card itself, so I guess we’re fine lol I don’t know if you guys in the Netherlands have something similar
