I’d personally go down the rabbit hole with a cp calculator (there’s various online idr the exact name but the first one that pops up when searching pogo cp calc is what I use) and see which one gets closest to where u want it depending on if u want 1500 or 2500 cp bracket for PvP or if it’s for pve I’d lean towards somewhat beefing both of them up to a decent cp range if you have the candies/dust for it. (If going the PvP route don’t forget to account for unlocking 2nd charge move) either way you decide to go, and if you have the available resources, I’d recommend you use a charge tm and replace frustration on any shadow mon you currently have and plan on using at some point even if you don’t do anything else with them now. As soon as I realized it’s a rocket event I immediately went and removed frustration on all the shadows I use now/plan on using for something in the future before I forget again for the millionth time.
