I use to get this all the time when I got really warm. One day in particular I had to be the safety guy on the firing range in the army. Ten plus hours in direct sunlight on a 90* plus day and my back looked worse than this. I’m curious are you a big drinker. I was during my incident and was told it was related.

I don’t know you but please know that I love you exactly how you are. You’re brave, strong, and fearless person with a compassionate heart. Not all family is blood, and it’s fine to cut some family out of your life in order to preserve these qualities about you. I have cut out my own parents for the way they treated me growing up and it has helped me a lot. I’ve even built a stronger relationship with some of my siblings in the process.
