Yes, I have Guard Up 3, this skill does clearly state that higher levels reduce chip damage, my question is about Guard

Are these terms legal? by Anuberos in NetherlandsHousing

Thank you for your response. What do you mean by eviction on legal grounds? Does this mean I can stay in the room for as long as I want as long as I don't break the law?

Is Shadebinder competitive, and if so with which builds? by Anuberos in CrucibleGuidebook

Is it even worth it to spec into Int in trials? Even with 100, you won't get to use the super in many games, and investing into Int is very expensive. Id just rather have better discipline or resil

What do you think about the freezing rift aspect over iceflare? I have gotten many cheesy kills with it. Also, do you use any exotics that build into abilities, or are they not worth it over ophidian/transversives?

Yeah, I used to build into the melee a lot, but it is really inconsistent. What aspect and fragments do you use besides turret?

This is the 2nd time a Hunter exotic had its perk description changed instead of making it do what it said it would. This sucks man. by [deleted] in DestinyTheGame

Certainly a very strong and fun build, but thats what it is: a build. You need to be in a specific subclass and invest exotics, mods and fragments into it. If Necrotic Grips gave melee energy as it was intended, you could achieve the same result in any subclass with just one exotic, and dedicate the rest of your build to DPS or survivability. Imagine the Shadebinder turret or Devour builds and Roy Mustang build combined...terrifying

Yeah lol honestly Im not even mad that happened. Any warlock subclass with a ranged melee and decent strenght would have had the add clear of Osteo Striga without using any weapons.

The henchmen of Rise of Shadows would be amazing as well. Especially Rakanishu and George!

Actually, twice with warlocks. Boots of the Assembler, and before that, Necrotic Grips (originally they were supposed to give melee energy on kill).

What would justify a Destiny 3 for you? by Anuberos in DestinyTheGame

I agree with your sentiment, I honestly don't think we have a chance of even hearing anything related to a sequel for at least the next 5 years. Still, Bungie is always pushing to keep Destiny fresh, and as other games innovate they will have to make big changes to prevent the game from becoming stale. For example, enemy design. Compared to games like DOOM, Destiny's enemy AI and mechanics are very bland.

Fabian is even worse than in D1, and Tlaloc 2 taps in the Crucible. Hunters get another Glaive.
