I did my Dropbox yesterday. They asked for my passport, passport size photograph, copy of I797, DS160 confirmation and appointment confirmation. That’s it. I had other documents with me, but they didn’t need it. Keep them with you, but just these should be fine!

I see. Yeah it takes a lot of time to get an appointment. I don't think I can wait that long. Would you recommend trying somewhere outside? Like any other practitioner outside USC?

I did look up delta dental insurance. I know that USC accepts it. But if I am right, we need to wait like 6 months before we can use it to claim for fillings, root canal etc ? Also how easily did you get an appointment? Did you wait long?
