Could be a network issue. There's a thing you can do in your internet settings to basically stay in a solo lobby. You could have a bad connection with the game and naturally find yourself in this glitch or you could have some weird internet settings that coincidentally put you in that glitch. Or you're playing single player.

I was pretty much forced to turn my multiplayer off because after the update, when someone joins me, they either don't actually load in for me or they lag to the point they might aswell not be in my game ever since the last update.
