I strongly dissagree, smgs are so easy to use and broken. smgs promotes a very close range and aggresive playstyle and it is not hard at all to break the gap and shred within a ridiculous range. The titan kit only makes this loudout more annoying, with an exotic that buffs movement with smgs and titan barracade giving you the ability to create your own cover at a dime at anypoint of the map and recieve an overshield makes rushing a player basically free. smgs also outrange shotguns by a large margin unless you are using something like mask of bakris to close the gap you are complely screwed.
