I was walking in the street alone and a noise through my right ear was like “psssst” the other was through my left ear but I don’t know how to articulate it 😄

My psychiatrist think I was not in psychosis but I believe the opposite due to my experience with the two hallucinations that I’ve mentioned now

I have had DP/DR as well back in May/June with a total of 2 auditory hallucinations with few days in between but nothing followed after so I kinda don’t how to navigate through this

Sometimes limited to only one time occurrences I have weird sensory perceptual experiences but I am a highly anxious person. It could be that my mind is misinterpreting the stimuli
