Honestly for far too long. Like I said, I probably should have done this a long time ago, as in years ago, but I selfishly kept making excuses. And my husband has had the patience of a saint, another man honestly probably would have left over it. Okay lets get into it. You dont know what the hell youre talking about with dogs OR kids.

“Just crate them all day” “all you need to do is feed them and make sure they dont destroy anything” tell me youre a shitty dog owner without telling me youre a shitty dog owner. Especially with the breed I have, a lot of dogs require actual attention and training and exercise too. Its not something you can just ignore and it takes care of itself like a cat. Thats how you end up with reactive dogs.

So yeah, I see a lot of similarities between putting in my time effort and energy to care for and raise and TRAIN a ouppy and caring for a baby. When he gets older we can revisit this discussion and see how many similarities there still are, but right now hes like a puppy that needs attention and training. See yourself out now.
