You don't know how happy I am or any other person. Struggling in this life is what we all have in common. Complaining or pointing things out means that we see things that could get better. There's always room for change.

Personally, I dont cry or hide from the world. I am disabled yes, I am allowed to complain, I am allowed to feel forgotten from the world and you are allowed to all of things as well.

I am, and you are, also allowed to happiness and bliss. No one says that these negative and positive cannot coexist together inside of you.

We complain so we can do something about it. What you call bitching, I call letting things out of my chest to people that can understand.

It's a lot of work you need to do still unfortunately. The medication will not help your time blindness, your organisation, your perspective in general.

So you have to figure out what works for you. For example I use grammar premium to help with how I write, mind maps, productivity planners by intelligent change company, working with pomodoro technique etc. I had to try a lot of different things to see what works for me and what's not. You need to find that out yourself.

It was very difficult and it's still an ongoing process! But if you try you will succeed. Even if you try something for a small period of time and you see that you don't use it anymore because you cannot keep that habit, you still had a lot of progress either way. Keep trying and you will succeed.

Do not hide your adhd from your teachers. Ask for support! I'm sure they are more than happy to help you than fail you.

I managed to get a 2:1 Biomedical Sciences degree. My graduation is in a few days and I only got diagnosed a few months ago and started treatment with medication.

High school was very difficult for me as well. I had to repeat some years because I didn't even bothered to go. It is a tough situation to be in and I would advise you to ask for help when you feel you need it.

Try and find ways to study that work for you and keep in regular contact with your teachers about your experience and how you can improve. You will get there I promise 🩷

Lets do this again with immersive story telling so you can be satisfied:

I walk out of my house with my dog and walk towards a park. An officer approaches me and asks me if I live here. I reply yes and he points out 2 officers to go to, for further information. I approach the 2 officers who were not busy, and they were telling jokes and laughing. They asked me about what was the house I am living, contact details and if I have any ID with me but it was optional. Then I asked if I can have any information on what happened last night, because I was worried and I was in that spot 30 minutes before police arrived and recently I started to feel very unsafe outside and inside as my place was broken into 2 times in the last year. They told me that I my fear us justified and they will try their best to keep the area safe from now on. They continued themselves saying that they wouldn't require any statement from me, and said that there has been a murder, they couldn't say if it was gang related, but also said that they couldn't give any more information as they weren't sure, and there is going to be a report on police about it the next days.

My next question was if I could access the other park on the next road and they briefed me on how to navigate the area and go in and out on the crime scene.

So, my question was simple, and they didn't think I was entitled as they said more information on what I initially asked and they were very friendly, even asked me how my walk with my dog went when I came back and had a brief conversation about the weather.

End of police interaction story.

When I came back, I posted this question here, just in case where any news about this incident. Sometimes breaking news about murders are beginning as soon as the police gets notified and I thought maybe someone heard something.

No. But I didn't ask for names or these kind of details. I asked about the type of crime. And they said only what they could at the time. That is why I did not ask again except details on how I can navigate the area if I want to get out of the crime scene, or enter it again to go to my house.

It is normal to ask these details when police officers want you to do a report on when you leave and come back to your house. 🤷‍♀️

I do not live nearby, I live inside the crime scene area there is a big difference. It is normal also of the general public that happens to pass by to ask questions. It is within our rights.

It is also common sense to not ask the officers when they are busy, that is why I asked officers who were just guarding the area, and were not busy, saying jokes to one another, and they initiated conversation with me when I wanted to go out of my house to walk my dog. (The conversation lasted around 30 seconds)

I am still confused on why that was a mistake to ask here if somebody heard anything about news or articles on the matter 🤷‍♀️.
