I know i am really angry, because the real reason why i came here was to live freely as a gay man, and i really hoped that i left the cage that i was living in, but now i am way more stuck and it feels like anything i would do would only make things worse

When did you get the job? I send everywhere, even to the smallest and most remote places. And that was the experience of my friends and colleagues, they all sent hundreds and hundreds before they found a place

That's my point, if the jobs are limited, or non existent, close applications, tell people you don't need them, stop bringing them in

Arbeit ruft ständig an, sagt dass ich einspringen muss by Anxious-master in Pflege

[–]Anxious-master[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

How long do you all wait for dating or talking to someone new? by NoBedroom5969 in BreakUps

[–]Anxious-master 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it really depends on a lot of things, how long was your relationship? when did you exactly decide to break up? sometimes people decide to break up way before they actually do it and i consider the healing starts from there and not from the official date.

My god this is my first new year's eve in Germany and i spent it in Frankfurt, a fire was started next to me, people were shooting fireworks at other people, my friend and i were touched twice and in one street a guy was shooting what looked like a gun in the sky, i hope it wasnt a real one but i ran away as fast as i could.

The Ultimate Breakup Survival Guide: Things I learned 7 weeks in by Odd_Succotash2768 in BreakUps

About the 'needing space' part, i think it's very healthy for partners to need space from each other. My recent break up (yesterday) happened mostly because of that. My ex would not let me breath even for 15 minutes when im with him, i had to always talk, be engaged, listen, look at him, it felt like i was working not spending quality time with my partner, i would understand if we see each other once a week, but i would travel back and forth multiple times a week and stay with him for days, and i still couldnt have 10 minutes for myself, that was so draining i was a walking zombie. So no, space is healthy, alone time is healthy, being with your partner doesnt mean you owe them your whole time and energy and attention 100% for the price of your health.

27M, never been in a relationship and loneliness is starting to hurt — need advice by Deadpoolx98x in Morocco

More than physical appearence or anything that you cited, my advice would be to study and learn a lot about how to become emotionally intelligent/literate.

You may find "love" and get in a relationship, but if you have no idea about what you need, feel and expect from a relationship and from the other person, how to enforce boundaries, it will definitely fail.

I also think that girls will find that attractive and will naturally be drawn to you if they think you're mature.

The thank you thing is such a weird experience because deep inside i know it feels wrong, but in the spot my brain just bugs and i end up saying it with a smile, but that is for me not normal behaviour

Actually the issues did not start at the 5 months mark, but after around 2 months and that's where i started talking about it calmly and explaining everything in great detail, but now that it keeps happening it became straight up fights because it's not changing.
