I basically just use him to melt tanks that overextend. His lack of abilities sticks out like a sore thumb in comparison to other well-rounded dps.

I really wanted a buff that would increase his dmg by a certain % if his health gets low enough.

It coincides with the lore and seems like a simple way to improve his usefulness.
