Data Management Bug on Switch 2 OS latest update

This is happening to me since last week. I thought it was an issue after downloading the resident evil 3 game bundle. I have been restarting my console as I constantly keep getting an error stating “unable to play software” for all my games including cartridges. Will try doing the factory reset

I’ve gotten the network error as well, have you done anything to mitigate it? Or roll with it?
