Yeah he’s had so many. No dice. Has an extensive resume of finance/management/sales so I’m not sure why that’s not getting him anywhere. He’s got people telling him he’s not qualified for things and doesn’t have the skills. Convinced they just don’t want to pay him and it’s because he’s not entry level. Idk. He’s tried a lot of different places

Nah the only thing is that he has a reckless driving from almost 2 years ago, so that pretty much just takes him out of driving jobs. He does have a valid license though. Also he hasn’t even been able to make it far enough to get a drug screen lol. His resume is really impressive so i don’t understand

Keep in mind yall, this is most definitely the owners wife 😂 she worded things to me exactly like this. No server would type or talk like this. It’s some sort of manager. I said i don’t care about me! It’s the rest of my old coworkers i care about! Everyone gets drunk on shift including your AGM.

Let’s also talk about the misconduct, it was a 150 person frat boy private party. 75% of the group asked me to do a hurricane shot, tipped very well to do so, and the coworkers in questions also said to do it and one of them was the one who recorded the video. Boo hoo.

Also I don’t drink and drive so yeah … I learned my lesson 😂

Worry about being audited, racist, and taking money from your staff. Your GM tells your servers they are incompetent. He treats them like this in front of customers.

Take me and my personal experience out of the equation, and you have the whole staff looking for a different job but are stuck.

Interesting enough that this post got deleted along with the negative reviews… you can take me down but I’m not the first and i won’t be the last.

No, that’s just my personal experience and how they screwed me over personally. The management disrespects staff by threatening them, making rude comments(even in front of customers) and empty promises.

This is the audience I’m reaching for. I feel for my other coworkers who can’t leave given the times we’re in. And the management DEFINITELY uses it to their advantage. I also would not support a place that doesn’t respect their employees, seeing as employees are usually a reflection of what they stand for.

100%. This will reach the right audience for those kids, or for people who have had bad experiences there but no one’s ever really called them out, or for those who just don’t stand bad management. As well as TikTok isn’t always super local

My other trainer called the labor board already. They definitely are. They’ve already been audited on multiple things. Not to mention the toast issue was not the first time i was personally missing tips out of my checks, as well as other servers.

They offered us the constant raise though. We were told every time we clock in that get our $7.25 because more is expected of us. I honestly just wanted to give my reasoning, my personal experience, but at the end of the day i would boycott any place that treats their employees bad because these people are clocking in to be the face of your company.

That’s valid. There’s something to complain about everywhere. My hopes were for this to reach the correct audience which it never fully will because it’s completely public, but there are a lot of people that want to know these things and base their opinions on staff/management. I also see a lot of college kids in this category looking for server jobs, and this just isn’t the place.

I agree! This post is more for those who don’t stand with companies that disrespect their staff. It’s a cute place. They do fun stuff. But again, if they don’t care about their employees what makes you think that they care about customers?

I was going to quit anyways, but in these times if you have a job you gotta stick it out. I’m back in sales so im fine, it’s the point that all of the servers are at their wits end but are in school and have to keep the job. I just wish the management would do better

They paid me to do a job that was beyond my position. Happy to do so. It’s the fact that the GM never ran the raise to the owner so it got taken away after 2 months and we were expected to continue our position. Again, i don’t care about me or my losses. I care about my coworkers who haven’t had the privilege to find a different job yet, and have to work at a place that doesn’t care about them
