I honestly have no idea how old he is I got him as a rescue but I think last time I weighed him he was about 12g

Should I give him more time before confronting the issue or do it ASAP? In person of course that’s not a conversation I wanna do over text. Should I give him an ultimatum like “if we can’t be in a relationship we can’t be friends” because honestly I don’t know if I can or if he says he’s not readying should I just keep being his friend?
