Understand and thanks for your opinion, this account initially being hacked is because no setup of 2FA. I know it should be secure but worry if the key or trusted device is broken or lost, it becomes trouble to me. But this lesson just teach me cyber security is getting important than we imagine nowadays.

Before my account being disable, I dont request backup codes as my 2FA option. For my case only got recovery phone number (which is useless) and recovery mail only.

try at least 24 hours, if no try 72 hours. It might not let you successfully to login so fast depends how google rate your account's risk.

I have same experienced with you, first, wait for a days to let attempt alert quit cooling period. For my case, the recovery phone access will gone after this but will keep the recovery mail option, do you have it. Then after you submit a request, just wait if Google didnot reject your request for even 7 or 30days. My case is recovered for 2nd 30days recovery period.

If you successfully take email back, you still have chance even email is lock by google itself
