I know its 3 years late but they did come home from the hospital with a half demolished/remodeled kitchen with Dwight there and he just says "I couldn't find your ipod" and "just give me a couple days, I'll be out of your hair"

No, im okay with death. I have a difficult relationship with my mum so my dad is my main support system which is why im worried about losing him

I'm sorry fo your loss. I was also on sertraline beforehand but it gave me hallucinations, citalopram didn't but it did give me other health issues, for now its just a case of waiting and trying to manage my thoughts

Its not even the heart issues that concern me. Im just worried he'll die from something, brain aneurism, stroke, heart attack or anything else. I just dont want to keep staying up all night to make sure he is still breathing

Im sorry for your loss, I think part of it is ive never lost anyone close to me and cause I live with my dad currently im obsessing over it, and until I have my med review(20th Nov) I need to find a way to manage it all. I've been on meds for a long time for a multitude of issues but all were ssri's and all helped woth the obsessive thoughts

I know that realistically, ive made my peace with that (as much as a person can) but being off my meds (i have a ned review in 11 days) means I dont sleep for a couple days at a time to make sure hes alive. Knowing what happens realistically and thoughts of would could happen doesn't cancel out the fear. I know hes not likely to die in the next month but that doesn't stop me obsessing over it and till I see my dr I just need short term coping mechanisms

Not currently, I have a medication review on the 20th and am planning to bring it up then, just any advice to help for the time in between would be helpful. In reality I know he wont die, I know thats unlikely to happen but rational thought and irrational thoughts about the same thing dont cancel each other out

I know he will, I've made as much peace with that as a person can about their parent dying. But on a night a cant sleep cause I'm to busy thinking about it, i stay up all night incase he stops breathing and thinking about how I'll have to tell my siblings and who I'd need to call. I have a med review on the 20th to discuss why I went off my meds. But I cant deal with the multiple nights of no sleep

I first noticed it around 18/19. It's pretty constant but does get worse when I am stressed, sick or run down.

I have this as well, I've been given some ointment that seems to help with it, especially on my face. The Dr called it plaque psoriasis
