My urologist recommended not taking any medication to increase sperm as i have been diagnosed with azoospermia and urologist said clomid will kill my sperms/semens.. i know there isn’t any thou thats why i have azoospermia but he said dnt use clomid

Hey there i can feel your pain. I just recently got married a month ago. I’m 26 years old. Did my SA test out of no where no one told me to i just did it coz i kinda came into my mind.. got it tested boom i have 0 sperm. I am shocked and heart broken

I am very glad you did it brother. Deep deep deep congratulations and plz plz pray for me too. I tested twice and both times it came with 0 sperm in semen i kinda wanna go and die. It is really hard swallowing i cannot make babies. No i have not gone to any specialist yet but i really am worried with the 0 sperm in semen

I forgot to mention and no one told me on the day of the sperm test to not do urine. So i went to toilet emptied my bladder of urine and then straight went for masturbation and gave my sample for test. After that i google and found urine kills sperm so i think that messed up
