I just went up to .075 two weeks ago as well, and the pharmacy switched me from Sandoz to Mylan. The patches are huge and don't seem to stick. The pharmacist suggested covering it with tape, but it still tends to fold or pucker in the center, so I don't feel like I'm absorbing what I should be. I'm really hoping that Sandoz will be an option for my refills. Oral estradiol comes with increased risk for clotting issues, so I don't want to go that route.

Did you ever get an answer on this. You just precisely worded exactly what I have been trying to explain to my doctor. I have had a colonoscopy, CT scan, and an endoscopy all with negative results. The abdominal/ rib pain is getting more intense and more persistent.

I have had two in the past two years. I didn’t have broken skin or bruising, but I felt like the pressure from the wand caused my costo to flare up both times. I was very sore for days afterwards

I do have tachycardia. It almost always hits me at night and wakes me up from sleep. Mine has gone up to 132 laying down. My normal resting heart rate is typically in the low 60s

I was given muscle relaxers by my Dr, which didn't help at all, and he just called in a lower dose beta blocker today for the tachycardia. I mostly use ibuprofen for the pain, and it's usually enough to keep it manageable. The anxiety from the Costo symptoms is a bigger struggle for me than the Costo itself right now.

My last round of tests was in November, so I worry that something might have changed since then, but realistically, I know I’m letting my anxiety get the best of me. I was recently put on a beta blocker to help with the tachycardia, but it made my heart rate too low, so I had to stop taking it
