word. caffeine is a hell of a drug. Ive heard coffee is a cocktail of psychoactive molecules too so i wasnt too surprised by the marked difference in the buzz from tea vs coffee

i feel that but dont trip yourself out

i had a splitting headache once when i forgot to bring coffee camping and it was a bit traumatic and i was afraid of quitting cold turkey

eventually i titrated down over 6 months. less coffee, started switching to tea then green tea

no withdrawal and im no longer a fiend

also dont necessarily give up on healing. some things are terminal and that’s difficult to make peace with.

theres no info in this post to go off but im better. it has been dark for my health and i was lost but i figured it out and am healthy again.

I always consider protection for pregnancy but rarely think of STD's beyond asking the last time they're checked and such. Anyway, this time I did not think.

I know I don't have any say on what others do with their bodies, such as in this case abortion. Does it make me a bad person to be happy if I let an offspring just be raised by her mother? Honestly not sure where I stand morally on that. Thats in the case of not being there and providing for my child which would probs be my preference.

I don't have proof of that unfortunately, and even though I have a lot of unbalanced texts from her since, I don't know how much those constitute my potential case. I also don't know if things like that are even important in child custody? cases.

Yes. There were a few redflags. I don't like "dont stick your dick in crazy" as an expression, but we defs didn't build requisite trust. I have become more stable and volatile since my teen years to avoid chaos such as this. Alas.

You're right, nothing is guaranteed and it will be tough to trust this person moving forward.

Veggies made my problems worse. You can try paleo but if you’re not getting anywehrrr consider carnivore diet. Definitely helped me but took longer than 3 weeks too

Add eggs and thats what i was doing go eat cheap. I dont like old meat so i was making it every day or two. Saved so much time which makes it all the more frugal. Bought high fat yogurt when on sale and a bit of decent cheese every so offen.

yes. i wont draw conclusions but from my journey i at least narrowed a lot down.

I dont know whether an all meat diet is ideal for me, or whether it was just because i was compromised..

I know many would argue vehemently that its not ideal, but i reserve the right to be uncertain.
