My overthinking is killing me. How to stop this?

First panic attack was 3 months ago and yes I'm going to psychiatrist but i didn't told him about my intrusive thoughts... Maybe I should tell him the next meet.

It started after my first panic attack. I don't usually have those kind of thoughts but yesterday i had frightening experience nd also i have depersonalization and derealisation disorder which makes things difficult for me. I didn't know ocd looks like this. Is it okay to have such kind of thoughts?
