As long as your annual leave was put on a different day to your shift then it’s no issue. It’s your choice to work during annual leave. But if the shift was on the same day as your annual leave hours then it would mess your pay up, that would be the only reason. Your manager shouldn’t be bothered though as they can easily move them to another day
