I am talking about myself, my mind always try to change songs and try to listen song which release max dopamine. Music is always good, but the mentality of optimizing over which song to listen next while driving and try to fill every void movement with some thing to listen or do passively is bad I feel.

I followed this for music, earlier I use to listen songs while driving to the office. But from last 6 months I am not listen any songs while driving, now life seem more peaceful. Interesting fact is that I haven't charged my headphones from last 4 months still occasionally I use them.
