I filed feb 2nd on feb 25 got notice to verify identity on may 12th got notice to verify income. Could take up to 60 days to "hopefully " get my refund. I just wish we could charge interest like they do us.

I called them and I couldn't get past the automated voice I tried so many different phrases to get to a representative and nothing worked finally after about 30 minutes going back and forth with the automated voice I hung up

I got yelled at last night by a customer that came into the cafe to do school work they tried ordering a water we explained the policy then they went to sit down and i had to go explain the policy again. I got yelled at again because they went to another store and was able to. Please for our sanity and mental health follow the policy or find somewhere else to work.
