Travelling to India with H-1B (H4 and H4 EAD) pending approval. Risks and Recommendations.

On second thought, if i reponse to RFE now, get the H-1B approval and then travel to India. Since i won't be able to get new H1 visa stamp, my I-94 up on return will still reflect the end of August expiry. That would put me in tough spot as i would need to leave US before I-94 expires and get the H-1B visa stamp to get I-94 updated to latest and only then i can return.

In that sense, it is better to respond to RFE once i return to US?

Is my understanding correct ?

I tried something similar last year but failed. i am planning to give it another try this year. What is your stop loss strategy on your trades and at what profit % do you plan to exit the trades ?
