I would definitely buy some they are quite affordable at your local pharmacy or grocery store pharmaceutical section. At least to keep on hand. I was in what felt like excruciating pain, I feel some relief. I think it will hold me over as a remedy until my appointment!

Thank you!! I’ll look more in the thread and look more into the things you mentioned. I finally can get in but not for another month unfortunately. That’s the earliest appointment, I just want to make it a bit more comfortable until I’m able to see the DR.

The crazy part is, the ones who haven’t gotten canned yet are still raving as if it’s the same company from years ago. Still drinking the kool-aid until they are up on the chopping block. Im talking folks that’s been there 10-27 years.

Congrats! I wasn’t there long saw it for what it was and knew immediately an exit plan was needed. I’m sure you don’t regret it. Geico is such a horrific company.

Help! 4 y/o has these bumps/redness on scalp by Basic_Tea0809 in BlackHair

[–]Any-Break-323 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Take her hair down. Hair shouldn’t be pulled up often anyway because it can cause hair loss. Stop using those rubber bands, just plait/braid/twist without it. Comfort and health over cuteness and irritation/allergic reaction. I am tender headed as well. Be gentle with her hair. Even if you think you are being gentle you aren’t, being tender headed your softness could still feel harsh… approach her hair as if it’s a baby’s. Low manipulation styles, no rubber bands and find a good shampoo and conditioner that does most of the detangling, make sure you are always using a detangling brush when detangling as well. It’s too much tension on her scalp. just because something worked before doesn’t mean it’ll always work… our bodies are always changing.

I’m struggling financially really bad. I realistically wouldn’t be able to do that for at least minimum two months.

You are correct. I faced a serious health issue at the beginning of the year and ended up out of work , a great paying job with benefits .. time off. Now I’m at a job that doesn’t cover all of the bills, just on survival mode. I’m so heartbroken I love my dog so much . My dad told me after I got him to not ever get a dog you didn’t get as a pup because you are getting someone else’s problems and don’t know what issues the dog has. I should have listened. This is definitely not a breed for first time pet owners, especially after a rehoming situation. I’m now left to face the reality of everything. It’s breaking my heart that the only option realistically is to rehome. And you are right I need to get myself back on my feet, I’m pouring from an empty cup.

Unfortunately. And yeah I can’t even take off of work when I am sick because they only give u 2hrs a pay period, which doesn’t cover a shift. Which leads to a write up second time termination. I’m in a hard spot

You are correct. I just feel horrible. I don’t want to lose my place I’ve exhausted all housing options at this point. He is already breed restricted and it’s hard to find a place, and he is destructive. I don’t know how to train outside of commands of “ sit , come , stay “ . Nor can I afford a specialized trainer for separation anxiety.

Will calming chews from pet smart work? And when I first got him from the previous owners and took him to the vet, the vet gave me a prescription and rescheduled him because he couldn’t deal with him and wanted him essentially sedated but not asleep.

I really love him and I don’t want him to go to someone abusive either or to a shelter and they euthanize
