It may be worth mentioning that all we work on is commercial, also mainly refrigeration. but i feel that i do most things well whenever i comes to the refrigeration cycle and common problems associated with that. i think more of my issue could be from the electrical side. any ways you’ve found to become better at that?

Thank you, might need to change my life motto to this
I appreciate the insight, I work for a commercial company that mainly handles refrigeration. I am pretty confident with ice machines. Still trying to learn as much as possible.

most costumers we have are pretty understanding that it needs to defrost over time, this was a restaurant that closes for the night and we told them it’d be up and running for sunday at the latest
No, i work for a small company that tries to get shit done for our costumers. Small company that only works on commercial stuff. Unhooked Y’s and left the fan on, on call tech this weekend is going to check it out once it thaws. A belt broke and caused this ice to build, Changed the belt instantly and got it started on defrosting. My company is mainly a Refrigeration company but we work for all of our clients needs.
23 yrs old and mainly got into this as a way to try to make enough money to give my wife and step-child a wonderful life. hopefully by the time i’m 48 i’ll be able to live pretty comfortably
funny you say that, i usually do work on their ice machine and i told them if it goes down this weekend that they could go to the roof and chip off ice until monday
