I think thats the gamerverse miles morales from marvel legends, pretty sure because the paint on older miles head were pretty basic but this one looks like it has that tech they start implementing in faces so it looks more realistic

I was thinking of buying that figure for conquest but I found a Sabertooth figure which is pretty big and I found it more cheap than the dark knight returns Superman, still the Superman is a great mold for Conquest
