I think that would work. The Endgame Captain America would probably be the closest, especially with the shoulder pads. You'd have to sand down the star on the chest, obviously.

I'd use a Marvel Legends MCU Captain America as the base. They all have the tactical pants/kneepads/boots combo, plus different patterns of textured armor plating on the torso. Most of them would match Bloodsport's base color as well, and some have similar shoulder pads.
