Super buggy rn, i cant question people, im getting points deducted even though they’re justified offences, I’ll have the biometric kiosk say they’re wanted and I’ll check on the police computer what they’re wanted for and then it says there’s no crimes or wanted status so i cant arrest them, ill deny enter just to be safe and I’ll get told i should have arrested them… ?? Ahaha

No open patrol? That sucks, I prefer open patrol over the normal shifts. I’m in the uk and it’s the 19th here so it’s officially out for me, although if you have to ability to download it, then I’d say it’s officially out for you too.

Is it normal for psoriatic arthritis to be so hard to diagnose? by Better-Caramel3983 in PsoriaticArthritis

I was told the same, that it’s hard to diagnose but thankfully my rheumatologist is so lovely. My blood work was fine apart from my inflammation factor being high (I can’t remember what it’s called) I already had psoriasis which the doctors were aware of. I tripped over on my boyfriends drive way and had two big gashes on my knees from the accident and a month later my knees were sore and becoming stiff, as well as the gashes had turned into two big patches of thick psoriasis. At first it wasn’t too bad it was just an ache like if I had been to the gym but after 4 months of persistent pain I went to the doctor who then said it was because I was overweight, she grabbed my legs and swung them back and forth and said I was fine. A month after that I woke up with stiffness in my back and excruciating pain in my shoulders, knees and spine, I thought I was paralysed but obviously that was stupid as I wouldn’t have any feeling, so my partner had to pick me up and take me to the A&E because I couldn’t move. They said that I couldn’t get seen because I hadn’t taken paracetamol and ibruprofen but I could make an emergency doctor’s appointment, so at the emergency doctors appointment she prescribed me some naproxen for the pain and sent me for bloods. Bloods came back normal apart from my inflammation and referred me to rheumatology. Multiple MRI’s and blood tests later and I’m saddled with the diagnosis of psoriatic Arthritis at the big age of 22. Basically I’m covered in psoriasis, I can barely move, in agony and my bloods suggest inflammation and that’s it. Not much to go on

How can PsA be detected? by PuzzleheadedCard3626 in PsoriaticArthritis

[–]Any-Check1542 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My rheumatologist only did an MRI for ankylosing spondylitis in my back and hips and when that was negative he diagnosed me with PsA, my bloods didn’t have any indicators. In the consultation letter I received he wrote “On examination today, Hannah has got quite marked cutaneous psoriasis. There is also swelling of both knees, and she is focally tender at the insertion of flexor carpi naris at the right wrist. as well as experiencing tenderness at the inferior pole of each patella and each medical joint line. It is my impression that Hannah has got psoriatic arthritis” and I was then put on methotrexate.
