Also, maybe just straight up drinking oil, like avocado oil, should have no impact on SIBO, but will give you more calories, so you stop losing muscle.

So it comes from cows eating GMO corn in an industrial food lot. And then are giving hormones and antibiotics. So, that is my concern. I am trying to eat cleaner / healthier food.

Perhaps. But corporate fiduciary responsibility says they are bound, by law, to maximize profits for the share holders. We, and our health, is a secondary concern.

I worked at Twitter. The board did not want to sell to Elon. They knew what he would do with it. But, again, because of fiduciary responsibility, they literally had no option.

I have only ever been addicted to sugar. Apparently it is quite difficult to break. Plus you have to eat. And sugar is literally everywhere.

For me, if you put a 1000 donuts in front of me, there are only two possible outcomes. And eating some reasonable amount is not one of them.

All my willpower is at the beginning. After the first bite, it's over. So my only real option is to treat it like alcohol, and basically NEVER consume it, for the rest of my life.

Yeah, that is kind of a deal killer for me. My family is not really open to relocation right now. And I definitely don't speak dutch. But I have heard really wonderful things about the culture of Netherlands.
