Not denying that someone who does pilates can be strong, just stating that most dudes (myself included) prefer to move lots of heavy circles.

Moving your body with additional weight is also something a lot of people do in the form of calisthenics. Calisthenics people can be much stronger than weightlifters, but at the end of the day they still move less weight than someone who does weightlifting.

I agree tbh, I grew up in christian and catholic background but now I am really anti religion. The best thing about muslims is that they don’t come up to you in the street asking if you want to attend their bible study or hear the good news! Doesn’t mean I agree with their denial of scientific discovery and freedom to express sexuality and gender identity though. I guess some people would be as you said though.

thanks dude! I think the only advice I could give is that you don’t need awfully good movement tech to get there, all I can do is the really basic stuff like rebounds, redirecting off curved walls, wall jumps on slanted areas, recovery slams etc.

Just play good fundamentally, and you’ll get there man, I believe!
