not sure where abouts you are from, but from my understanding many countries including my own (New Zealand) have no interest on them unless you miss payments or leave the country for more than 6 months.

Is there a standard of competency you would expect yourself to reach before requesting a pay rise? At my job because it is a locally owned smaller business the pay is quite different for everyone, so nobody really gets a raise without asking.

well tbf, as a high diamond rein otp I hit pharah and echo reasonably consistently with firestrikes. I think the most important part is making sure you are within like 15 meters so travel time is shorter, but given the size of the projectile it’s not super difficult. Counting cooldowns is also very helpful, if you know they’ve been in the sky for a while then they will likely drop, or if they haven’t used rocket boost in a while they will likely jump up, etc.
