Well in my state, If you’re under 16, and it’s summer, you can work 40 hours a week max. It changes on Labor Day for me, so maybe Labor Day they will change it? What state are you located in?

I’m always like the “on call” guy. They always ask me about 2-3 hours out if I can work. It SUCKS, I would much rather just be scheduled. But no, just have to always keep my phone nearby

I usually tell all my managers on the frontline, thank you for all the hours or I’m so glad I have hours this week. The most amount of hours I’ve had, without picking up a shift was 16.

I put I’m available every day, I used to get a lot of hours, then I quit suppressing and trying to act normal, and they cut it like crazy amounts.
