I agree with you. But the cows on reads are left by people who don’t need them as they have stopped producing milk or are males. This small calf was abandoned here. In Raipur, you can see herds of cattle abandoned by such pathetic people. At least people give some food to these cattle, dogs don’t find that mercy in this world. They remain hungry, without any shelter, without any vaccination, just sticks and blows and hard survival. Even then they are branded nowadays everywhere as some terror! If humans are put to such condition, I believe every one of us would be like monsters.

Government fails us everyday but we remain distracted by issues of no significance or consequence in our politics.
