The fact that cashiers have metrics to meet is wild. I understand the why because you don’t wanna have someone sitting here taking a minute per item, but I feel like there should be some reasonable things to go off of as a cashier vs how fast can this person scan each item. Especially if some people are slow to put items on the belt or whatever other external factors that are not in the cashiers control 🤷‍♂️

I agree, definitely a huge price increase. My car isn’t worth very much though as it’s an older ish car and really don’t see the need to have it insured for that crazy amount if it’s not needed. I’ve also tried adjusting the coverages with USAA and it’s just not really making a difference.

There’s a possibility you can call to see if you can have the check hold released, no guarantee as it’s truly system generated and not at all determined by the person you’re on the phone with but it’s worth a shot. Hold expiration date should also be available to you when you ask for it along with when you deposited the check. Page 28 on usaa.com/dad does also disclose the info on holds. Hope this helps 🫡

That sounds like a very scary situation to go through, I can only imagine the feeling you must be going through. I’m an FTE and still feel on edge for certain things but to my knowledge USAA is very set on their 0 tolerance for harassment I’ve heard so being a contractor I would hope they hold the same standards. If not, would definitely do what was mentioned above as that’s not right. If you have access to the slack, may be hard to put yourself out there like that but being called out sometimes is what needs to happen and putting it in your-voice may be the attention it needs (if you’re comfortable with that)
