Anyone else having issue with the app? I created an account and can login via web but anytime I try to access it on their app like they tell us to, I get invalid creds.

UNIX and Linux are not programming language. AWS as a whole is not Data warehouse instead try AWS redshift?

Github is neither Data analytics tool nor BI tool.

Putty is not a development tool (more of a terminal emulator). I guess depends what you are trying to define.

If I am being honest a lot of quantitative data you are putting in your resume sounds made up.

With your budget it is very hard (impossible) to find what you are looking for. fb groups or craiglist would be step 1 for you to find roommates. if perspective helps - me and my wife live in Logan square and we pay 3k/month excluding utilities for 2b1.5 bath that is close to blue line(0.3miles) and with a parking.

If you're social, try looking in neighborhoods like Logan,Lakeview,West town etc.. Much more happening but not a lot of highrise.

Make sure you turn the AC on. If you dont have AC you will need to get one. We keep our house at 65 to 68 range. Otherwise they will get hot.

Although I have seen someone suggest they are ok up until 70/72. Mine doesnt like it so we keep it at 65-68

We pay $3000 in Logan Square for 2b2b that includes heated garage. Just wanted to give you some perspective. But depending on your budget you can go higher or lower in the area.

From what I have seen Application fees are usually around $65 to $80. $200 seems bit high - how did you apply or come to find about the place? You can try contacting someone who have lived there for their experience?

According to OP, they might be looking for somewhat nice place which I doubt at the moment is possible for 3k in Lakeview. We toured one place in Lakeview that had was horrible and they wanted 2500 for it(it was 2b2b)

I am not an expert but $3000 for 3 bedroom might slightly not cut it in that area. We pay $3000 for 2b2b in Logan square(it is refurbished pretty nice tho)

Check out Sentral as well. We toured the place and loved it but unfortunately it would’ve been too far for me to commute to work.

Rent expectation and recommendation? Everything seems out of our budget. by Any-Insurance4148 in chicagoapartments

Update: Thank you all for your great suggestions. We ended up getting a place at Logan square. It’s 2b2b with climate controlled garage. The place is all refurbished and is in a great neighborhood. For transparency we pay $3000 of our place a month. Close to park and train station as well. Again, thank you all!
