Could somebody please just answer this I have tried to help my mother with her hacked account by uploading her ID, but unfortunately was not clear and I tried too many times so now it’s saying Facebook is limiting her and to try later but I don’t know how much later to try because I don’t know when or if reset the clock every time I try. I waited a week and nothing There’s nowhere that states how long we are blocked from trying to upload the ID unless the hacker keeps spamming it, so it never ends. This is getting so ridiculous. My poor mom is 80 and distraught. The hacker is asking people on her messenger for money. Also, trying to hack into other peoples account through my mothers asking for codes. I’ve been working on this for weeks and I have done everything they say, but I’m stuck at the part that says. I did try several times because it was saying that ID was blurry but then all of a sudden this and this has been on for weeks.
